    Cannon OOD is fully functional and this incident is now resolved.

    This issue should be resolved but due to the intermittent nature of this problem, we cannot be absolutely certain at this time.

    If you continue to have issues connecting to Open OnDemand (OoD/VDI) try the following:

    If you see a 502 proxy error, you can try reloading the page or using a different browser. That may or may not help.

    The nodes with mounting issues have been removed from the rotation. If you are using Cannon OOD, you should be able to access your storage as expected.

    This incident will remain open as existing Cannon OOD nodes will have higher than average traffic.
